Here are some fun, no-cook recipes that are easy for kids to make and the whole family will enjoy eating. 

         
Prancer's Peanut Butter Poppers

1-cup sifted powdered sugar
1-teaspoon real vanilla extract
1-cup creamy peanut butter
1/2-cup butter or margarine, softened
1-cup chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2- cup colored sprinkles


1. In a large mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter (or margarine) and stir until well mixed.
2. Gently roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet covered with waxed paper.
3. Roll the balls in the chocolate cookie crumbs and sprinkles until the surface of the balls are evenly coated.
4. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Happy eating!

Santa's Super Holiday Snack Mix

1-bag crispy chow mein noodles
1-jar dry roasted peanuts
1-pkg. chocolate chips
1-pkg. peanut butter morsels
1-can cashews
1-cups raisins
1-cup dried cranberries
1-cup dried blueberries
1-cup dried pineapple
1-cup dried apple pieces
1-pkg. mini marshmallows
1-bag coconut flakes


Gently mix all ingredients together in a large bowl then store in a tightly covered container. For an on-the-go treat, place a handful or so of the mix into a resealable sandwich-size food bag.
